Everything you need to get your Discord community listed on Community Hub — and optionally white-labeled on your own domain.
Register at Community Hub using email/password or Google.
On the landing page, click "Apply to add a community" and fill in your organization name and a short reason.
Once approved, your account role is upgraded to organizer. You'll see a confirmation the next time you log in.
Go to "Admin? Create a community" (or /setup) and set your Community Name and URL slug. This creates an active ServerConfig record.
Navigate to /<your-slug>/admin and fill in your Discord Server (Guild) ID, server icon, banner, announcement channel ID, verified role ID, accent color, description, and welcome message.
Use the bot's OAuth2 invite URL (built from its Application ID in the Discord Developer Portal). Select your server, authorize, and complete the reCAPTCHA. The bot needs View Channels, Read Message History, Manage Roles, and optionally Send Messages.
Add a #community_news and/or #tech_news channel to your server (text or forum). Posts there appear automatically on Community Hub and in the RSS feeds.
To run Community Hub under your own subdomain (e.g. communitynews.yourdomain.com), set the White-label Domain field in your admin config, then point that subdomain's DNS to your Community Hub app and add it to the app's custom-domain settings. Visitors there see only your community at clean URLs (/, /members, /admin).
Your community appears on the landing page. Members can link their Discord accounts from /<your-slug>/members.
